What is it?
DC Metrics is a software tool and labour management solution specifically developed to provide improved performance and visibility in key warehouse functions. DC Metrics is a reporting tool facilitating and improving service levels. It provides improved visibility of critical warehouse operational information and measures the performance of individuals, teams, shifts and managers across key warehouse functions.
